It took a while to find the correct driver for my webcam "Frontech JIL - 2225 Driver" and so to make it easier for others i am going to provide the Download Link and Steps to install it in Windows 7.

Steps
1) Right Click on the Setup > Properties > Compatibility > Windows Xp (Service Pack 2) > Apply
2) Plug in your USB webcam and it should detect it automatically
3) Run AMcap from the installed directory(or Desktop)
4) If the video quality is Blur and not in focus... Just rotate the lens of your camera to regain the focus.

Yes it do work in two assemble computer, with window-7, 32 and 64 bit.
